一、依「退休（伍）軍公教人員年終慰問金發給辦法」第 2 條第 2 項規定辦理。
二、 112 年退休（伍）軍公教人員年終慰問金發給對象，按月 支（兼）領月退休金（俸）之基準數額，業奉行政院公告為新臺幣 2 萬 8,000 元以下。
